4 Games To Look Forward To In 2014

2014 has been quite a good year for gaming so far. With games like Tomb Raider coming for Next-Gen consoles,  Metal Gear Solid 5, and the recently released Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate, 2014 have already given us quite a lot to cheer about. There are still many potential hits that await their release. 5 of them, being the most anticipated ones, are discussed here:

1. Watch Dogs

Dubbed as an equivalent to Grand Theft Auto, Watch Dogs is the most awaited game of this year. Ubisoft has really worked hard on this one, and it is starting to pay off even before its release! The game has won about 170 pre-release awards for its display at E3! This can give you an insight on what to expect from Ubisoft. The game is based in Chicago, Illinois, which is wholesomely managed by a computerized system called CtOS and the player’s job will be to hack the system to accomplish his mission.

Watch Dogs has been confirmed to be released on May 27th for PS4, PS3, xBox 360, xBox One and Microsoft Windows.

2. The Elder Scrolls: Online

The “Elder Scrolls” has been one of the best video game series ever. Skyrim was undoubtedly heavenly. But just imagine playing the open world of The Elder Scrolls on-line with your friends! Now THAT is something magical! The game will allow you to select your character from the four classes: Dragon Knight, Templar, Sorcerer, and Nightblade. The Elder Scrolls has been known for the graphics, so we can truly enjoy the essence of this game on Next-Gen consoles.

The Elder Scrolls: Online has already been released on Microsoft Windows, but awaits its release on Next-Gen consoles in June.

3. Batman: Arkham Knight

Finally, The Batmobile!

Finally, The Batmobile!

Batman: Arkham Knight is the last game of the series. And it surely will be one of the best! But first of all, let me spread the good news that the Batmobile is finally drivable! Yes, you can finally control and play the Batmobile. The plot is really the best, taking the darkness from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight series and combining it with the epicness of the comics. Scarecrow will be featured in this game, and he will do the honours of uniting ALL of the Dark Knight’s Enemies to kill him. The game will also feature a new villain, called the Arkham Knight! He is called as the ‘militarized’ version of the Batman.

Arkham Knight will be released on 14 October!

4. The Sims 4

Let’s start by being honest, Sims 3 wasn’t very good. It makes the system lag and game play looses it’s fun. But Maxis has said that they are coming back with a bang! Sims 4 is referred to as the next hit by Maxis. The life-simulation game is going to feature a lot of new game modes, and hopefully, everything new. Several Mock-Up flash video screenshots have been leaked online, and you can see them. Maxis has also stated that the game will run better on low-end machines than its predecessor.

Sims 4 is going to be released in the late 2014!
