Facebook Purchases Oculus VR For $2 Billion

After the mega deal of $19 Billion of WhatsApp , now Facebook is going to buy Oculus VR , a virtual reality device and the company behind the Oculus Rift gaming device . Facebook thinks that it is the future. The purpose of this deal is to create new level of social networking by integrating it with the virtual world and share this exciting new experience.

Facebook has got alot of success with the games like “FarmVille” , the social giant said that it plans more to do than virtual gaming with the company.

With this single deal , Facebook has definitely given a call to compete the Google Glasses and with a new perspective.. This deal is expected to be closed till second quarter of this year 2014.
