Last week Telenor organised an event wherein they announced their partnership with Gameloft, the popular games’ publisher, and Fortumo, a well known mobile payment company. The aim is to provide direct carrier billing for telenor Apps to their family of 35 million valued customers. The event also held many gaming contests and Nokia X was awarded to the winners.
Direct carrier billing will make it easier for customers to directly pay for their purchases. Customers need no credit cards for that, the amount of the apps/games they buy will be deducted from their recharge balance thus making the process a piece of cake. If you’re a developer and want to earn more revenue, you need to click here.
The partnership with Gameloft will allow customers to experience the best gaming experience with populars games, Asphalt, The Amazing Spider Man, Real Football to name a few. What’s more, customers will get one free game to download, with every super hero game they paid for, during the first month of their subscription. There’s a wide range of games to choose from, from Gameloft portofio that will be accessible to Telenor Pakistani customers.
The service will no doubt prove beneficial as many of us either don’t own credit cards or have our doubts with using one.
